Printing a Physical Inventory Report
When you enter the Physical Inventory Report option the report will generate automatically. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.
The following fields are output on the Floor and Management Physical Inventory Reports.
- Grp – The item group ID code for the item
- Tally/On Hand
- Floor copy – The tally line is used to record the tally or individual lot/pallet weights
- Management copy – Includes the tally line and the current on-hand balance
Note: A "*******************" indicates the item is lotted or individual lot costed and cannot be reconciled using Inventory Reconciliation.
- Pack – The pack description of the stocking unit of measure. The pack description field is used on lotted items to display the location ID and lot number on individually lotted items, the vendor, and lot number are displayed in the pack description fields.
- Unit – The stocking unit of measure for the item
- Total – A line on which to record the total inventory amount
- Item Name – The name of the inventory item. If the lot is committed on an order, and is unshipped the order number will print in the Item Name column. The current slot quantity and slot ID will print if the location is lotted and Print Slot (Y/N) field has been set to Y (Y=yes).
- Item Info – The item info lot attributes for the lot will be displayed below the lot number.
